Do think that there will be any real health care reform, with any of the current bills since they all fail to address, what in my mind are two of the biggest issues facing health care, tort reform, and the fact that people don't listen to their doctors/ visit their doctors on a regular basis; I know preventative care is brought up repeatedly, but people still eat McDonald's 3 times a day.

I think something will pass, given the Democrats have majorities in both the House and Senate ...

And there are indeed serious deficiencies in the current proposals, including lack of malpractice reform ...

That said, I continue to believe that some reform is better than none, since the status quo is unsustainable, and will lead to more draconian reforms in the future ...

But, any reform passed will be quite watered down, and will probably make both sides on the Left and Right unhappy.
