Steve Wollaston -  Just waiting for Chris to join us folks...
12:57
Chris L -  Hi Boing, it was subdued this week as you might expect. There were few players around because of the international break but Tony Mowbray was in reflective mood

[Comment From Boing]
Chris. Hi. What's the mood like in the changing room and at the training ground at the moment?

[Comment From Carl Jukes]
how much money will TM have to spend in the summer?

[Comment From Finbarr]
Hi Chris, just wondered what you made of Jonas Olsson's comments regarding "too much training and not enough recovery time". Is there a problem with out fitness and training regime?
12:59
Chris L -  Hi Carl Jukes. Difficult to say at this stage. I would expect a fair bit to be made available if Albion stay up. Relegation would, of course, bring the inevitable down-scaling.

If you were a betting man, who would you say will end the season in the bottom 3?

[Comment From Shrew]
Hi Chris, Is there any truth in the rumours of strain between Veno and Peter Grant

Chris L -  Hi Finbarr,
It was my colleague Rob who interviewed Jonas. There were a lot of games over the Christmas, New Year period. The 'hamstring' question is one I've put to the manager. His reply was that Albion players find themselves having to play at maximum intensity just to live with some of the players they come up against. Another theory (which Tony knocked back I should add) is that a few players were fast-tracked straight out of training into the first-team due to a lack of reserve games. It can't help.

And from Finbarr's question - is that why we've had so many hamstring injuries? Surely a problem somewhere in the training for that to happen?

Steve Wollaston -  Sid - see above....

[Comment From Albion]
Hi Chris. Following on from Finbarr's question, we seem to have had an awful lot of hamstring injuries to our squad since the new fitness guy has come in. Just wondering whether this is something that could be helped?

Steve Wollaston -  And you!

[Comment From Carl Jukes]
why are we having so many ham string injuries, it was the same with blues when they had the lad we have got, something is obvioulsy wrong with the training
1:03
Chris L -  Colin, If I was a betting man, I'd put my money on three of the following: Albion, Stoke, Boro and Portsmouth. I think albion have given themselves a great chance of survival but they lack the squad numbers and have more scope to drop off the pace. Just my view, but I struggle to see three weaker clubs at the moment.

[Comment From Albion Scott]
Is Anne Robinson as nasty off screen as she is on it?
1:06
Chris L -  Matt, There were talks going on until late in the window with Udinese. Those talks ended on the morning of the deadline and Albion asked about 2 other defensive midfielders later that day. According to what I know (from Albion's end) Udinese were leaving it until late on to see whether any cash offers would come in. When it became logistically impossible to agree the deal, Albion moved on. Udinese were unwilling to release him on loan
