James Logan at Washington

6:55
Kyle Bonagura -

Ok, we're scheduled to get underway here at Tak Fudenna Stadium at 7 p.m., but it's homecoming and they are behind schedule.

6:55
Kyle Bonagura -  The clock shows 13 minutes on the countdown ... hopefully it'll get going before that.

Is there any way to watch the game on line??? I'm currently in Arizona and was unable to make the game...
6:56
Kyle Bonagura -  No video feed for this one, this is probably your best bet to get live updates.
6:56
Kyle Bonagura -  As usual, we'll do as much play-by-play as possible and provide scoring updates from all around the East Bay.

Thank you :)

Kyle Bonagura -

No problem.

6:58
Kyle Bonagura -  For Logan and Washington, this was the one game both teams could circle on the schedule as an unknown. The rest of the MVAL schedule was nearly assured to be a blowout win for both squads, so we're looking at the championship game tonight.

that cal high monte vista game should've been televised on comcast instead of de la salle foothill.. better matchup anyway in my opinion
6:58
Kyle Bonagura -  Much, much better matchup.

Kyle Bonagura -

Comcast was actually planning on coming to this one in Fremont, but changed its mind.

how does logan look compared to washington? both are athletic teams but is there any edge one way or the other?
7:00
Kyle Bonagura -

Logan has the better athletes in my opinion ... they are bigger and faster and have more depth. But Washington's offense is a spread that's tough to stop.

7:00
Kyle Bonagura -  Washington beat Logan for the first time since 1998 last year, so this should be a good one.
7:02
Kyle Bonagura -  It's an interesting pair of QBs, with Washington lefty David Ross and Logan's Jonathan Willis. Both are very athletic, with Willis being recruited as an "athlete" at the D-I level.

Do you think this will make a better start to the game.

How do the teams look in Iraq and could get to the game
7:03
Kyle Bonagura -  I doubt this postponed start will help make for a better start, but I'm sure all the homecoming princesses are enjoying it....

[Comment From Dogers]
Obviously Logan has better athletes, their school is twice the size...
7:03
Kyle Bonagura -  Logan, Deer Valley, Berkeley --- school size. It's a numbers game.
