Dale McConnaughay - The state’s announced use of $1.3 million in financing for Dunn Center to build a 60-unit apartment complex for homeless residents on South 13th Street represents a deserving use of federal stimulus dollars to meet a real need. Our goal as a community and state should be to diminish that need.

1:03	[Comment From SJ] Is there really a major homeless problem in Richmond/Wayne County? I for one, have hardly ever heard about this being much of a problem locally.

1:04	[Comment From LEG] What would constitute a "major" problem? We certainly have homeless here. I think they just tend to be invisible to most of us.
