Offense looks very good and seems to be improving. Do you think that Andy will continue to neglect the run, will O-line hold up against better (NFC East) defenses, will linebackers/D step it up so Eagles can really make a run this year?

Paul Domowitch -

Andy's always going to be a pass-first guy. And considering the weapons he's got, I don't have a problem with that. As for neglecting the run, they've been fairly balanced so far. Problem they've had is they're not running the ball that effectively in their standard formations (non-wildcat).

Do you see Maclin taking more of a bigger role in he offense?

Paul Domowitch -

Well, now that he's starting, he's going to be on the field for a lot more snaps and that will mean more opportunities to catch the ball. But they've got a lot of talented mouths to feed in that offense. They're going to spread the ball around depending on what defenses are doing to them. Sunday, they rolled their coverage toward Jackson, and that left Maclin with a lot of 1-on-1 opps.

Is Curtis slowly going to be phased into the slot role with Maclin and DJax emerging as the 1&2?
1:37
Paul Domowitch -

There's no room in the slot for Curtis. Avant has developed into a solid slot guy and isn't budging. Curtis is hurt. Don't know if his knee is going to be anywhere close to 100 percent the rest of the season. My guess is they'll try to rest him for a few weeks.

How good are the Eagles & Giants? I think both teams schedules have been too easy so far to know for sure. The Eagles lost to a decent Saints team without their starting QB and the Giants haven't played anyone yet. I mean, if you put #5 in there against NO, the outcome could be different. Also, nobody seems to be scared of the Redskins in two weeks. I think they've beaten the birds at least 4 in a row. That scares me. What's your take?

Paul Domowitch -  I think all you can say for sure right now is that the Giants and Eagles probably are among the four best teams in the conference, along with New Orleans and Minnesota. Things will start to becoming clearer after Thanksgiving. As for the 'Skins, it won't be an easy game. They've got a very good defense and, as you said, the Eagles have not done well against them lately. Could end up being one of those 13-10 games.

Do you see the rotation between McCoy and Westbrook working to benefit both players games and longevity this season?
