Like I said last week, everything is riding on this episode. According to Dave (slash the producers' blog), they're going to be focusing less on powers this season and more on the characters. If I may offer my humble opinion: HORRIBLE idea. The powers are awesome to watch. It might as well be a soap opera without them.

8:51	Watching Obama while waiting for Heroes to start. Something seems a little backwards about that.

8:54	Obama keeps saying that he doesn't want to preempt any of what Geitner is going to announce. So...why are you having this news conference again?

8:57	Well, anyway. Five minutes to go, unless Obama goes over. Predictions for tonight?

8:57	Based on the previews...Tracy will definitely get captured again, which is fine with me. She's actually kind of annoying, although also very hot.

8:59	TV Guide says that "Matt's paintings will reveal a dire fate for someone close to him." Seems pretty obvious that that's a Daphne reference, unless they're going to bring Molly back.

9:01	I don't mind if Obama goes over, as long as they start Heroes at the beginning instead of this "your regularly scheduled program, already in progress" shit.

9:02	YES. And we're a go.

9:04	Oh! Mike was right! Someone else DID fly off the plane! It looked like a guard to me.

9:05	I wonder if Peter will be subtle about trying to have physical contact with people in order to get their powers, or if he'll just be like, "High five! Gimme your powers, bitch!"
