Yes, I was. It was a totally justified request. Protocol is that you can sit in someone's assigned seat if they don't show, but there are reporters that come at the very last minute -- makes it difficult to choose where to squat.

think they're doing a poor job distinguishing between court decisions on FOIA and "Obama releases" documents and pics? letting pundits distort the implications... Seems like this fight against pic release will finally make that more clear.
