What is the next step for Michael Bourn?
1:00
Ed Wade -  Michael just needs to continue to take the same approach that he's exhibited this year.   He doesn't have to be to prototypical leadoff hitter.   He needs to be aggressive at the plate, aggressive on the bases and a Gold Gove center fielder.

Ed: I expect this offseason to be a fairly uneventful one for us, but do you expect to go after stop-gap players ala Pudge or Mike Hampton or attempt to fill those gaps with young guys?
1:02
Ed Wade -  We can't ignore any possibility to get better, but our preference is to fold as many young players into our mix as we possibly can.   We'll be as resourceful as possible to improve the club.   I don't want to have the oldest opening day roster again.

how would you grade this teams overall performance this year
1:02
Ed Wade -  C-.   It's hard to assign a grade, but if you assume 81-81 is average, or passing, we aren't going to meet the mark.

Will the new manager be tougher on the players? I am tired as a paying fan watching some of the star players jog to first on a ground ball, or will it be the same next season
1:04
Ed Wade -  We want a manager to relates well to our players.   By that, I mean that we want someone who can develop a rapport with players but will also be clearly seen as the man in charge.   At the end of the day, I want players to say, "You know, the best manager I ever played for was the guy I played for in Houston in 2010."   If we can have that happen, all sorts of good things should be happening.
