It would basically be another loan that would be paid back to the school or the CU system. It's not something they want to do, but it certainly could be done if they felt it needed to be. It's just what they did with Barnett. Every athletic department in the nation has some kind of debt service, whether it's paying for stadiums or arenas or whatever.
